Sizing:
At the moment every piece is made to order to your measurements. Once you have placed an order I will be in touch about the measurements I need before starting on your piece.
Making and Waiting:
It's difficult to wait for something in this fast paced world but each piece is handmade by me in my studio so it can take time.
Currently I am accepting orders for the month ahead, once these very limited spots have been filled I will close the shop. All orders placed in the 'March Makes' will be dispatched by the last week in March, however if you bag an earlier slot then it will be much sooner that you recieve your handmade piece of clothing!
Postage and returns:
All purchases made online are final. At this moment we cannot accept any return of items. If you have a problem please contact me as soon as possible after you've received your garment. Adjustments can be made free of charge but postage to and fro will have to be paid.
Both UK and international orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked services and you will be sent a tracking number after your order has been dispatched.
Care:
Hand wash/gentle machine wash garments in cool water with mild detergent. Do not tumble dry. Iron on a medium on the inside of the garment. Really hot ironing may cause discolouration of fabric.
I offers free repairs for life! I do not believe in disposable fashion but investing in a garment you love and treasure for years to come.
